Who we are

Paul Huggins and Jay Reddien met while practicing together in the Technology Transactions Group at Silicon-Valley-based Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P.C., and have practiced together for over fifteen years. They share a philosophy on how to build and sustain an enterprise and a perspective on a business lawyer’s role in contributing to a client achieving their business objectives and succeeding.

Each member of our team is Big-Law trained, brings years of experience, and shares our passion for serving our clients.
