Corynn Badger represents companies in commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on intellectual property licensing and technology-based transactions, services agreements, and procurement and supply arrangements. Corynn counsels clients in a range of industries. Corynn also has extensive experience in company formation, venture capital financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation.

Prior to joining Huggins Reddien LLP (and its predecessor Kastner + Huggins + Reddien + Gravelle LLP), Corynn was an associate in the Austin, Texas office of Vinson & Elkins LLP.

Corynn graduated from The University of Texas School of Law with Highest Honors and a Chancellor’s Award.
