Emma advises clients on complex commercial contracts and technology transactions. Emma has experience in a wide variety of commercial transactions, including software licensing and support agreements, technology integration transactions, franchise and distribution agreements, and strategic partnership arrangements. Emma works with clients in a variety of industries and in all stages of development, from startups to large multinational organizations. She advises them on day-to-day operations, including core business transactions, as well as developing streamlined contracting processes.

Emma also has experience with voluntary carbon market transactions, climate restoration projects and other transactions designed to lower an organization's carbon footprint. She was previously Associate General Counsel at Terraformation, a startup focused on climate technology and native forest restoration.

Prior to joining Huggins Reddien LLP and its predecessor Kastner + Huggins + Reddien + Gravelle LLP, Emma was an associate in the Austin, Texas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP.

Emma received her law degree from Emory University School of Law, Order of the Coif. She graduated With Distinction from Cornell University with a B.S. in Hotel Administration. Outside of the office, Emma enjoys mountain biking and hiking with her dogs.
