Mimi Yu represents companies in a wide variety of commercial transactions, with particular emphasis on technology and intellectual property-based transactions, professional services agreements, and procurement and supply arrangements. Mimi also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and patent litigation.

Mimi counsels clients in a range of industries, including having represented several major airlines. She has experience negotiating both the vendor and customer sides of transactions.

Prior to joining Huggins Reddien LLP, Mimi was in-house as a technology attorney for Southwest Airlines. Prior to that, Mimi was Of Counsel in the Corporate, Commercial Transactions & Outsourcing group in the Dallas office of Winstead PC and an associate in the Intellectual Property group in the Dallas office of Jones Day. 

Mimi received her law degree from The University of Texas School of Law. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Mimi also previously attended the United States Military Academy at West Point.
